Monster Hunter Rise not opening.

I did the steps,and it worked,i could launch the game with no problems,not even my safe-file was affected (which i was also worried about)

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues playing Monster Hunter Rise. For us to isolate your issue further, kindly provide the exact error message that you're receiving.

Please provide the troubleshooting steps that you've tried as well.

To ensure that your issue is not related to device cache, I would recommend that you perform a power cycle, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 50 seconds.

Important: Make sure that you wait at least 50 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

Important If your console is in Sleep mode, the above steps will shut the console off completely. Sleep mode, or the ability to turn on your console by saying "Xbox on," won't be enabled until you restart the console.

Once booted up, please try accessing the game again.

I purchased the deluxe bundle of both rise & sunbreak, here is the link to what I bought, though I got it on the console store.

So far it's just borderlands the pre sequel. Occasionally borderlands 1, after it started with the presequal

I already did that, but nothing has changed; it's always stuck at the loading screen and signing in. But I already play another game like Hitman 3. The Monster Hunter: rise is the only game that didn't work.
