    why is it when i go on to custom match to try to join the 20 game channels it keep telling me cannot join game session???? i don't get it ..so then i try to online chat with with A XBOX person (3 of them) they told me to clear cach and clear mac then unplug
    modem for 5 min...... nothing then i can give you to our tech guy but you have to wait longer onthe phone.......

    me and all my friends on my friends list are having the same problem not including the same ones i meet on the game....

    i pay 30 bucks and get no good service nor servers

    i pay 60 bucks a year for your servers to work so I cant USE them... they dont tell you any information at all nor do they have a clue and what gets me the most is when i called EA..... they said ya there server are being updated call them hears case number.....

    I WISH I COULD GET A JOB WITH YOU GUYS SO I CAN SHOW YOU EVER PROBLEM AND HELP FIX IT

    I wish I could, but Time Warner Cable has a monopoly here in NYC. According to the law an illegal monopoly but monopoly nonetheless.

    Not sure if this is helpful, but after a quick glance at your account the game your having issues with is "Monopoly Plus" correct?

    Developer: Asobo Studio

    Publisher: UBISOFT

    The old monopoly on xbox 360 was made by EA, but not the new one.

    Is the issue still going on ?

    Do other games work for you?

    Are you using wired/wireless connection?

    What's your NAT type?

    What type of networking equipment are you using?

    Posting answers to the above questions may provide further insight to how to determine what the problem is and how to solve it.

    It's a monopoly so they charge what they want yes I know there's 2 companies so not really a monopoly but games are priced exactly the same on both consoles
