Monopoly Plus crashes upon signing in.

Hey there;

Major thing I have to ask is, is Monopoly Plus down for the count? It crashes when you're asked to select your sign in name at the very beginning of the game. Usually I would see only one house load before the audio sticks and the game freezes then it
goes straight back to the Home screen for Xbox One. I'm not the only Xbox user that has this same issue as my friend says his also does the same thing on a different console. However, this might be the game as it is also an issue on an other platform. I
really don't wanna re-install the game as its got saved boards we've made and saved games were still playing. I think I've noticed this not working for a few weeks now.

Accepting the new Terms of Use fixed the problem for me, mostly, although I did have a freeze trying to launch a game that I had started a few months ago. Starting a new game works fine now.

Go on the ubisoft club app and accept the new terms and conditions and its back to normal

Howdy.

If you have the Ubisoft Club app on your console, just launch that and you'll see a screen prompting you to accept the new Terms of Use. Review and then click to agree if you wish to accept them. Alternatively, visit the Ubisoft website and you can accept
the new terms there.

As a workaround, you can set your console to offline and then start the game that way, but accepting the Terms of Use is the permanent fix.

Try unistalling and reinstalling. It happened to me before or try to hard reset your console by holding down the power button for ten seconds on the console. Wait 30 seconds then power back on.
