Monopoly Family Fun Pack is not downloading

Bought the digital Monopoly game on Xbox One. It isn't downloading and the manage game button takes me to a blank screen. The screenshots section is also showing pictures for another game, The Crew.

Im really liking the look of this, well Monopoly Plus anyway. Be perfect with the family around at Christmas. Anyone here got it?

 

i bought game on xbox store but didnt get no points for it

why didnt i receive any points when i bought monopoly family fun pack on xbox store

Its nowhere, Its just a blank screen that cant even be managed and its happening to anyone who buys this digitally. In fact here is what you're greeted with if you go to the xbox.com to find and buy the game. store.xbox.com/.../6dee98e4-b564-47e9-8ac9-8dc88414fccb

And yes, my credit card was charged and its showing up as been charged on the website.

I also have this issue, looks almost like it really is not ready to be downloaded.

 

Hey guys, just wanted to let you know that I've also reported this issue and it will hopefully be escalated to be repaired. In the meantime, please follow my steps above to contact phone support.

 

Contacting phone support is as helpful as your suggestions that the game already downloaded. As if we are so inept that we didn't realize it downloaded despite the fact that the issue happens immediately after purchase as if a likely multi gigabyte game
instantly downloaded when I have a 5 Mbps connection. Even if it did download, it would have shown "Play" instead of "Manage" game and clicking on it would start the game and NOT take us to a blank screen. If it was working and didn't download then it would
say "Install".

Once again, the game doesn't download and takes us all to a blank screen. You literally have screenshots from The Crew instead of Monopoly as shown in the image in the OP. As of this post, it's been 12 hours since I made my purchase and it's still messed
up.

Xbox Support suggests waiting or contacting Ubisoft, as if we haven't already done this. Ubisoft's other game "Rabbids Invasion" which released today isn't having these problems.

 

I have also posted this on the Ubisoft Support Forums. I strongly recommend everyone also reply there and make some noise.

I'm having the same problem too. Bought it this morning but the game never downloaded and all I have is a "Manage Game" button that takes me nowhere. The screenshots for Monopoly Game Pack are also still of The Crew.

 

In addition to onyx62is response.

The issue has been escalated and people are going to look into it.

 

Crazy Beard - sorry you're upset about this, I would be too. However, as an ambassador you should know that all troubleshooting steps need to be taken. Remember, the people helping are not sitting in the same room as you so we cannot see what you have
or have not yet done.

Please be patient, I'm sure they're working on the issue and should have it resolved soon.
