Mono output keeps getting enabled

Discus and support Mono output keeps getting enabled in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; Anyone else seeing this?     Mono output keeps getting enabled


    Anyone else seeing this? After a system restart, the mono output is checked under accessibility settings, and I have to go uncheck it?

    I was farting with CEC when I first noticed it, but I've since disabled CEC, and it's still occurring.

    Just me?

    One "fix" I found it "works" is chaging the out output to mono. It stops the crackling sounds, but the audio quality is compromised.

    For anyone having this problem on Xbox, go to Settings -> Ease of Access -> Audio and then turn on mono output. That fixed the problem for me.

    I think you misunderstood the question. He does not want stereo as he is hearing impaired in one ear.

    What you want is MONO output.

    In the settings menu go to Ease of Access >audio>mono

    All audio will now come out of all speakers/headsets etc.
