You can check that sort of activity if you have access to the profile. Hoping that it is yours. If they are using your profile to log in, you can check your game feed. Accessing someone elses account without permission would be against service
guidelines. If you have the Xbox Live App, you can check the activity of your account there. As long as you have the proper login credentials and it is your account.

Also make sure if it is your account, that it stays online and not offline.

Hello there, there isn't any way to "Monitor" the hours of your activity unless you use child monitoring and create multiple profiles. What is the restriction that prevents you from doing so? You could alternatively create a second Xbox profile and befriend
your gamer tag and just keep an eye on the notifications and Xbox live activity feed however I think this would be sub optimal to your needs.

In order to have full control of your system, I would recommend creating an Xbox One Passkey, so that nobody can sign on with your profile. More on that, here: https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/my-account/security/create-xbox-one-passkey

It is the user's responsibility to make sure that their account is safe at all times, and that there is no unauthorised access. If someone gains access to your profile, goes online, and causes trouble, for example, it will be on YOU if you are suspended
by Xbox Enforcement. If money is spent on your account without your knowledge, and you had several people using your Xbox, buying things, again, it's your responsibility.

It's just good practice to have something enabled, that will give you peace of mind. Alternatively, you can maybe hide/store your controller in a place that cannot be accessed, until you are at home. It is your decision to not add other profiles for your
family members/friends, but it is recommended.

Not trying to monitor the hours. But the actual activity. I can see someone is logging on in early morning hours between 1:00a.m. & 5:00a.m. be nice to see what exactly they are doing.
