Monitor won't connect to xbox

I bought a brand new hdmi to vga converter and it worked for about 3 days when I wanted to play the next day it would work it said no signal. Have you tried unplugging all of it and plugging it back in to see if it catches the signal again? If you have and it didn't work, you may want to contact the seller to get a replacement..

I would recommend a wireless speaker that can be connected to your monitor.

Unlike TV's, monitors don't have Bluetooth, so Wireless speakers won't work.

You can't. You can connect Xbox 360's to monitors that have HDMI inputs, but you can't connect them to the PC directly as PC HDMI connectors are outputs only. The same is true for Laptop HDMI inputs.

If you have a PC monitor you're in luck. Otherwise it's going to be TV only.

If your PC is one of those all-in-one PCs with the computer located inside of the monitor case then this won't be possible either.

It's a stand alone monitor or TV that you need, not a whole new PC. Monitors and TV's have HDMI inputs. If you buy a new computer, you still won't be able to connect your Xbox to it directly unless the display is a normal monitor with HDMI inputs.

No. Your headphones will not work, because your Xbox is not then connected to your PC. You need to use a separate cable to connect sound to your PC monitor, if it actually has speakers and RCA inputs. If it's a dedicated PC monitor, then that's unlikely.
You'll still need to connect your Xbox to some kind of sound system and then you'll be able to plug your headphones into that. The Speedlink will enable you to use voice chat, but it won't solve the game sound problem.
