    I'm looking into purchasing a BenQ GL2450HM 24-Inch 2ms 1920x1080p Gaming Console Monitor for use with my Xbox 360 E.

    I'm going to use a HDMI cord to connect the two and I was wondering how I would hook up my X12 turtle beaches, as I don't think the monitor has audio out ports I can use. Could you tell me how I might do this, if its possible?

    Can xbox one s use the pc monitor with hdmi connection, so that i dont need to use tv to play xbox one s. I will just use pc monitor with hdmi connection.tks

    Im playing my 360 with a HDMI cable and can use Turtle Beach X12/11's without the adaptor kit just fine.

    Hello OriginalDarknez,

    You are able to use BenQ monitors with your 360.

    You will need to hook the Xbox up to the monitor via HDMI and then get a Audio Adapter Cable (Turtle Beach makes a version of this:

    www.turtlebeach.com/.../349    )

    Your headset will then grab audio from the Xbox itself not from the monitor.

    you should be able to plug straight into the 3.5 jack in the rear on a 360e

    Unfortunately you will need to use the official cables that came with the console or official Microsoft made Xbox 360 video cables. The Xbox 360 was designed to use these cables. The best way to connect an Xbox 360 to a monitor is with the Xbox 360 HDMI
    cable, although this cable might be the only exception to use another HDMI cable you may have.

    Our recommendation would be to just follow the proper steps using the proper cables to set up your Xbox 360 to your monitor. You can find all of that information in the following links.
