Monitor buzzing while the pc is off

Hello there, i will try to explain as best as i can, my monitor is buzzing while is off and the light telling its off, i tried searching its saying because of the monitor cheap components, my friend told me its because of current flowing through condesators and its making the buzz noise, how can i fix it? thank you!

i have the graphics card its not it the fans work everything even tried plugging it in motherboard

I tried new monitor that i have and the new TV and it doesnt work either

I understand you need help with your monitor.

It would be best to have this checked with the manufacturer of the monitor since I do not believe this has something to do with your PC. There might be something going on with the monitor itself. Try using a different monitor as well to isolate the issue if this is really a problem with the monitor. Or you can also try using a different cable to your monitor.

probably just the power supply being noisy when no power draw. nothing you can do apart from unplug it or get a new power supply (if external) or another monitor.

Go into your device audio settings and turn off Mic monitoring. That should stop the buzzing.
