money went out my bank that shouldn't have

I WAS SUSPENDED FOR SOMETHINg I DIDNT DO!!!!

But i didnt want the money i tried to get rid of the money and this is the first time i've ever gotten in trouble with microsoft i didnt mod it myself it just went straight into to my bank from a modder it didnt tell me who gave me the money can u please
unsuspend my account i turned off my xbox when it went into my bank

 

Can't Authorize Payment

I am also experiencing the very same problem. I joined Xbox LIVE FREE and paid for the download of CRYSIS for £14.99, and the payment went through perfectly.

Then I decided to upgrade to Xbox LIVE GOLD for 12 months, and again they accepted my payment. I really want to add some points do I can download games and movies etc, but the wretched thing won't accept my card.

I rang my bank and they told me everything seemed fine. I know for sure there's a fair amount of money in my bank so that shouldn't be a problem.

It seems to me that there is a glitch in the Xbox LIVE system or something. I'm relieved that my bank think nothing dodgy is going on, but I am also a bit frustrated that I can't indulge in all the downloadable content, games, movies and demos that are there
to be enjoyed. Come on Microsoft, you're missing out on some sales here, sort your site code out and take my money, I WANT GAMES!!!
