    Money was taken out of my account without permission


    Dose anyone know how to get ahold of xbox suppprt it used to be as easy as typing a live agent now i have to request a call back but i dont even get an actual call all because money was taken out of my account for a subscription that was set to no recurring
    billing anyone know wth im supposed to do since they made it harder to get ahold of anyone?

    As you very well know, we can't really do anything about it here at the forum, and you have to get in touch with support. Note that support is very busy at the moment and replies might take longer than usual.
