    Hello! I have been trying to download stuff on the web marketplace. I am able to download things on my Xbox but when I got to the web store it will always tell me to "change payment options" when I hit the button it will tell me to add a credit card. This
    happens with free content as well. Thanks!

    Probably due to exchange rates changing every week its better that way

    A gold subscription can only be purchased via credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid card in a store. It's not possible to use the currency on your account.

    It does but only on the console till the website is updated

    ms points are region free except for the codes which isnwhy universal currency was better naysayings wanted dollars so now we're stuck with real dollars which isnregion specific which is why you cant change regions and do the cureency exchange

    Yep you must have a payment method on file for webpurchases

    or simply do it from your console
