Discus and support Money Transfer Between Accounts in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So I have 2 different xbox live accounts SemiroundStorm and DaDiamondHunter so basically I don't ever use DaDiamondHunter anymore but I have $10 in it....     Money Transfer Between Accounts


    So I have 2 different xbox live accounts SemiroundStorm and DaDiamondHunter so basically I don't ever use DaDiamondHunter anymore but I have $10 in it. So I am asking if there is a way to move the money from DaDiamondHunter to SemiroundStorm or if there
    is a way to merge the accounts.

    I recently got a $25 Xbox card from my friend and I put in the code under my account. I wanted to buy a game but a message saying purchase cannot be done on Xbox.com please finish your purchase on your Xbox. I did more research and found that I can't purchase
    anything on my account. So now I can't use the the money because I can't purchase anything on my account. My question is can I transfer the $25 dollars to another account on the same Xbox so I can actually use it?

    Hi there,

    I'm afraid that there is no way to transfer funds from one account to another account. I would advise to try and fix the issue on the account that is preventing you to make purchases.

    For example be sure to check http://account.microsoft.com if all information is correct and not outdated.

    If you can't find any cause on why your account can't make any purchases I would advise you to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support

    They should be able to do a more indepth check on what the cause is regarding the purchasing issue.

    nothing can be transferred between accounts nor can they be merged if you used a prepaid code and didnt use the balance yet you could try contacting support

    There is no way to merge two XBL accounts however you can try contacting
    support.xbox.com/contact-us     and speak to billing about moving the currency. They may be able to assist you.

    In a family group, the primary account can add funds to a child account, but funds cannot be transferred between accounts otherwise.

    Why not just phone the bank and transfer the money between the two accounts?
