    So I found out Xbox music had taken money out of my bank twice which was not necessary which then I contacted someone at Xbox to cancel my 'subscription which I never made' which worked but recently I got my statement saying they've withdrawn yet another
    payment for Xbox music, now I'm really cheesed off since I've never been on Xbox music and its still taking money out while not subscribed so I'd like a FULL REFUND which would be nice please seen as I did nothing except add my bank account to my account.

    Why cant I use MS account to pay for Xbox Music?

    I understand what methods are available to purchase Xbox Music. My question is WHY can I not use the money that is already in my MS account to pay for Xbox Music? Its not like money has to be pulled from a different company. This is money that is already
    there for me to spend on Xbox so why can I not use it to purchase a month of Xbox Music?

    Possibility to transfer money in Xbox account to Skype?

    As Smwutches said you can not transfer the money out of your account, but you can use it for buy/rent movies from xbox video or music from xbox music. If you dont want to do either of those things, the money will always be there if you ever decide to get
    another xbox.
