    Any way of contacting microsoft or xbox. 3 phone calls have resulted in hanging up after 45 mins, 2 attempts requesting a ring back and not getting one and impossible to find an e-mail address for anyone. They have taken £50+ from my account and I want
    to speak to them about it. my son accidentally purchased a game he already has. He has not played the game but I can't speak to anyone to sort it out. Should I put a complaint via my bank?

    You'll have to try calling Xbox Support. 1-800-4MYXBOX. They can help you with billing related inquiries.

    You can also check http://commerce.microsoft.com to see if it will let you start a refund from there. Otherwise, you will have to go through phone/chat support. There is no email for support.

    If you do go through your bank instead of Microsoft, it can be seen has marketplace fraud and would put the account at risk for being banned.

    First off, try deleting and recovering your Gamertag from Xbox LIVE, then see if that works, if it doesn't, after reading, I assumed you tried the 'Manage Payment Options' on Xbox.com, if so, give Xbox Support a call and ask for them to manually remove your
    Credit Card or try tweeting @XboxSupport, although, they will most likely refer you to Phone Support.

    Just to double check though, have you done these steps:
    support.xbox.com/.../remove-payment-option


    Read them thoroughly and if still no prevail, find the correct Phone Support number from either here:
    support.xbox.com/.../call-us or change the en-US to en-GB if you are from the UK.

    Sorry I couldn't help you on a personal level, hope it all works out for you.
