Money taken for item I havent received

I submitted a puchade of CP points from call of duty, i received an error message saying there was an issue with the transaction.

the payment is showing as taken from my bank account 'MICROSOFT*XBOX READING GB' but i haven't received an email confirmation that the transaction went through and I havent received the CP points.

Has this ever happened to anyone and do you have any advice how to get this sorted out?

In cases like this, the money is usually auto-refunded to your account within 24 - 48 hours. You can also contact your bank and request a charge back of the funds to your account.

I have had the same problems, it has taken the money off me but i havent got any point for it

I have waited over 72 hours and I tried to make another purchase for a different item but the same amount of $17.99 only to be met with the same thing of the money being taken and I receive nothing in return and I'll be honest I'm at my limit

It might still be taken out later today. Sometimes the money is taken out when the item actually ships or shortly afterwards.

To make sure we're on the same page money is being taken but you are not receiving your items, did I get it right? Have you also contacted xbox chat support to confirm if your charges are reflecting on their end?

If it shows there that money is being taken and you are not receiving your items for days. It means there is a possible problem with the game.

Take a screen shot of your transactions and create a ticket for smite so that they can credit your content.
