Money taken, download denied!

With $2.49 credit left on my account, I decided to purchase a gamer picture pack.

I purchased the "Team DNZ: Epic Gamer Scotland Picture Pack"

Instantly my smartphone dinged with the email that I have been billed the $1.99 and .10 tax... Money taken!

The download went to 1%, then back to 0%, then a pop up notification that the download is denied!

I looked into the purchase page again, and had no redownload option due to not having enough money now, so went into my DL History and opted to redo from there.

Exact same thing.

.

WTF???

Why can't I download this item? AND... Why is it available to me if it's not permitted to me?? BIGGER AND... Why was I charged on an item and had credit taken if I'm denied the3 item???

Now, I understand my wording is highly accusatory, but I'm a little angry about this. Now, getting my anger out of the way, can anyone answe4r what the issue is, and how to resolve it?

i downloaded a GTA V tigershark card for £3 the money was take from my account but the download failed and cant redownload it due not have £3 to buy it again can anyone help me

I have a similar problem with a game I purchased on Christmas that failed to initialize download but payed for the content. It shows in my Microsoft account purchase history as having been purchased and includes an order number but doesn't show up in my
purchase history on Xbox account so can't add to download queue at all and when I go to the game's page on the store it wants me to re-buy it.

I would strongly suggest trying to download it once again, If that doesn't work it could possibly be an issue with the storage device you are using. If you have checked the storage device to see if it has enough memory, Or if it isn't corrupted and it still
doesn't work. I would suggest to call Support and see if you can possibly get a refund ( If you can be bothered ). I hope this somewhat helps.

I tried multiple times last night.

It's OK now though, whatever it was is fixed now and it downloaded now.

I ordered some games for x-box. Money was taken out of my account. I have never received anything from microsoft. What a disappointment for a company. No wonder they are billionaires. Take your money and deny you.
