    3 days ago, ~$6.55 was deducted from my back account. The info says it is from 'Xbox' but I have not bought anything from Xbox.

    Is it possible to get a refund for something that I did not buy and receive the account details that did the purchase?

    don't worry Rory, support always gets thing fixed, when it's a mistake! Just contact support numbers or write a chat from support page...just don't let too much time pass! Xbox Support personnel is very kind and they will help if they can.

    hi, my son has access to my account on xbox, he paid for stuff that he wasnt aware of is there any way i can claim this back. in one day £7.99 was taken 10 times and a £49.99

    If the gamertag is yours then how come someone else is using it?

    If the system says the gamertag is taken by someone else then there's nothing you can do,you'll have to think of another name.
