    hi, my son has access to my account on xbox, he paid for stuff that he wasnt aware of is there any way i can claim this back. in one day £7.99 was taken 10 times and a £49.99

    Hi,

    3 days ago, ~$6.55 was deducted from my back account. The info says it is from 'Xbox' but I have not bought anything from Xbox.

    Is it possible to get a refund for something that I did not buy and receive the account details that did the purchase?
