Money stuck on dutch microsoft account!

Hello

Used a pre-paid card of 50 euro's and used the code through my pc! Now for some reason the money is stuck on a dutch account and not on my belgian microsoft account! I changed regions on my console, but that does'nt help! Advice anyone???

I added 50 bucks through a redeem code the other day and it seems like it registered, but I can't use it. When I log into Live from my PC and check, it doesn't show up in my transactions but right above the transaction box, it says I have 50 dollars in my
Microsoft account. How do I get it to release to my Live account?

I've also checked from my xbox and can't seem to get it to recognize the 50 bucks in my account.

Also, when I click on "My Account" i get an error:

How do I resolve this? Any suggestions?

Note: I added the money in dollars to my Swiss account by accident, instead of my American account. I have since changed the region in my Swiss account to US, and this might be the root of my these problems.

I got almost the same error when trying to set my account to auto renew after switching my payment options.

The s: line is the same in both instances.

It obviously has something to do with financial transactions, but I'm in Canada, so I don't think it has anything to do with region.

 

I'm not sure changing regions will help, but it takes some time before the change takes effect.

 

You can try contacting Xbox Live Support via phone and explain how you redeemed a code which you purchased in Belgium but it got added to the Dutch wallet.
