    Money Stuck in Microsoft Account


    Hello,

    I added 50 bucks through a redeem code the other day and it seems like it registered, but I can't use it. When I log into Live from my PC and check, it doesn't show up in my transactions but right above the transaction box, it says I have 50 dollars in my
    Microsoft account. How do I get it to release to my Live account?

    I've also checked from my xbox and can't seem to get it to recognize the 50 bucks in my account.

    Also, when I click on "My Account" i get an error:

    How do I resolve this? Any suggestions?

    Note: I added the money in dollars to my Swiss account by accident, instead of my American account. I have since changed the region in my Swiss account to US, and this might be the root of my these problems.

    Do you have to sign up for microsoft rewards or will they just send some extra cash to anyone who purchases from the store? I recently bought a few games and would love a kickback haha.

    What's the incentive for them? If someone is looking to buy Watch Dogs, having them buy a new copy grants them more profit than providing a used copy to sell.

    If you move account to another region. You loss all the money. Thisw ould bag a question. What MS do with scottland gamer down the road.

    I'm not sure changing regions will help, but it takes some time before the change takes effect.

    You can try contacting Xbox Live Support via phone and explain how you redeemed a code which you purchased in Belgium but it got added to the Dutch wallet.

    I agree man this changeover was fine until they started flagging people for putting money onto the account. Microsoft screwed up badly here and now we are stuck waiting while our money is frozen for some BS reason.
