Is this in xbox or PC, is the game appearing in your billing history on your Microsoft account? You can check if the purchase took place on your Microsoft account by following this link and logging in https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027310/microsoft-store-view-your-order-history

If the purchase is there then you have bought the game and could try restarting your console (hold power button down for 10 seconds)

Are you talking about the new 2K game?

Was it a pre order that you made?

Did you use MS account currency or a Debit/credit card?

Like the previous poster said you would want to look up your order history by going to account.microsoft.com and signing in with the account that made the purchase then look at the status of the order these are the different statuses that could show and
their meanings:

Complete- Order was completed and you still have the license to play the game. If this is the status you want to make sure that you are signed in with the account that purchased the game or at the very least make sure that console is that accounts home console.

Cancelled- This normally happens if a game was pre-ordered. When a game is pre-ordered and a debit/credit card/paypal are used the payment option is not charged till approximately 10 days prior to the game being released if MS can not get the money at that
time for the order they will try a couple more times before cancelling the order. If MS account/gift card currency was used to make the purchase then its taken from that balance immediately and you would not see this.

Charge Back- an example of this would be say someone was being nice and allowed you to use their credit card to make the purchase and when they get their bank statement they do not recognize the charge on their statement so they call their bank and dispute
the charge with their bank after an investigation and it is determined to be fraud MS will then send the money back to the bank and put this status on the order and take away the license for the game.

So let us know what the status of the order is when you look at your order history so that we can possibly determine what might have happened.

i had something similar 3.2 mil gone but it was during my longest time awah from the game and i dont glitch money
