    xbox live rewards

    hi (gamertag )

I decided to go out september and buy a XB1s i have always been a PS4 gamer.

    The Problem is;

I have been a gold member since 23rd september 2016, and i joined xbox live rewards on that date too i have spent numerous amounts of money in the store on games completed my missions etc.

I have contacted a number of people who no one ever seems to be very helpful.

My VIP star rank and my rewards breakdown never seem to update including money spent to date.

Can anyone help, or is this just a lost cause.

Star Rank Isn't Properly Reflecting Last Year's Purchases

    Hi.

So I spent $600 since Sept. 2015, but my star rank is only 1 on my Xbox Live Rewards page.

    Please help, thanks.

I've spent about NZ$1600 on Xbox (Xbox 360, Xbox One, Microsoft movies store) and NZ$2500 for my first custom desktop PC which has an Intel Core i7-6700k, HyperX SSD, 16GB DDR4 2400 HyperX RAM, and Sapphire Nitro backplate AMD R9 390 8GB GPU overclocked
to 1050Mhz, which I got from a special NZ company which builds and customizes PC's for you. When you compare the NZ$2500 with what all NZ retailers are selling at that price, NZ retailers are only selling dual core CPU's and GTX M graphics with only 8GB system
RAM, so yea, it was a good buy. I also love Planet Coaster, and my custom PC can play The Sims 4 and all games I have on 1920x1080 maxed out settings with smooth frame rate.

Granted I've spent so much this year on the hobby classed as video games. The most I've spent in any year. Next year I won't be spending that much. Another culprit was PS4 Pro which Sony has layed a generous RRP of NZ$638 in NZ. I got it so that I can play
Final Fantasy XV with high visual fidelity and since this game means so much to me. I will look into getting Xbox Scorpio next year but will trade in my original Xbox One for it, BUT I WILL KEEP THE KINECT, I will only trade in the console. I may also sell
my PS4 Pro but will need to know what Xbox Scorpio is like before I give them my $$$. I'm looking forward to any replies regarding my post ^u^ have a fun weekend peeps.

The amount pkvas spent on Xbox this year is MORE than the amount I spent on PC gaming. NZ$2500 for a high end custom desktop PC, $40 for 1 year AVG Internet Security 2016 for it, $100 for Planet Coaster Early Bird Edition from April. I still need to get
more SSD storage for my PC. 1stwavetechnologies.co.nz if offering the Samsung Evo 850 1TB SSD for about NZ$****. But I can consider it next year.

But I have to say video gaming can be a pricey hobby for some who may think a couple hundred dollars is too much. Thank goodness I don't need to spend as much on video gaming next year as much as I have this year. Only games which interest me next year are
    Halo Wars 2.

    Xbox Collection

I used to be a collector of physical games, but then realized it was just a waste of space. They served me no purpose other than to look at them and be reminded how much money I spent.

Besides that, I'm all digital since 2015.
