Money on my Xbox account won't show up

    Money on my Xbox account won't show up


    So I bought $30 of Microsoft points, here in MI, US. I normally have my xbox with me in Canada since I am studying there, but this term I was in the US. Anyway, so after buying the $30, and redeeming the codes on xbox.com, It showed up on my balance on xbox.com
    but not on my xbox 360 itself. My xbox 360 showed like 1.16 (that being what I had left from before). I noticed that the two numbers should have added up and become 31.16. Anyway, upon further investigation, I found out that my 1.16 is CAD and 30.00 is US,
    and I guess Microsoft can't simply convert them either way, soo.. yeah. But my issue is how the hell do I use that $30? I've tried buying via xbox.com, my xbox itself, but I can't seem to access that $30. I'm kinda willing to spend it on anything decent at
    this point even if it isn't the Diablo 2 I was hoping to get, so long as it's not wasted. Any tips before I call Microsoft and get put on hold for 2 hours?

    Not getting what I bought

    I bought the pro league - pack. But it won't show up in my order history or on my xbox. what can I do? The money on my Bank account is already gone.

    Hi there,

    when you see the amount on the website at the payment options (http://account.microsoft.com) does it show the same region as you are using on the Xbox One Console? Since it is region
    specific so if both are different you won't see the amount/payment option.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

    In regards to this matter, what usually happens when you purchase a code from Amazon is that the code is redeemed to the email that you made the purchase from.

    Is this is same email that is on your Microsoft Account? If not, can you enter the code on your Xbox or on the

    Microsoft website    ?

    If you are able to see the currency in your account, perhaps you can buy your item online?

    I bought the code from Amazon and yes it does show up on the website. I have tried exiting the store from console and then going back in. Also have tried hard resetting it as well.
