Money on my Finish Xbox Account not usable in germany

Hi, i have an old account from finland, where i got 25€ on the account. I live in germany now and want to use this money to buy xbox live gold but i'm not able to. Everywhere where try, whether on my xbox one or on my pc it is not possible. i get always
asked to add a payment option and it is set on finish.

On my PC it changes back and forth between german and finnish while checking out.

How can i get this problem solved?

Do i have to change my account region?

i tried that, but because i'm in germany i can not change TO germany for some reason. I think.

Still no release in The Netherlands

Your locale can be changed and DLC WILL remain usable so long as it is the same console (or account if not primary) per the region free policy. Import one from the UK or Germany.

I just bought a creditcard for 80€ here in Germany but the money is not in German acc. and now is it in Austria . But i don´t have a austria Account. Now my question is how can i get my money back to germany account.. ???

Can please someone help me what can i do ...

Hi there,

Live subscriptions cannot be purchased with currency on an account. (Learn about Gift Cards and Codes)

You'll have to have a different payment option on your account for that (credit/debit card, paypal, etc.).

If you have changed locations, you'll need to update your account to the new region. You can follow the steps here:

Keep in mind currency from one region won't transfer over to a new region.

AddamBomb2002, the ONLY ways you have EVER been able to purchase Gold is either with a credit card/paypal or with a prepaid gold subscription card. This is how it has always been. Nothing has changed. Not a scam.

Right. So basically I've now gotta go spend more money to renew instead of just being able to use what I believe should already be available to use. Yes I understand that it is not a reoccuring payment option, and No I still believe this is just a money
scam which i'm still going to get my Gold back today... Lost game time to this garbage joke.

Because dashboard memberships and promotional memberships require a reoccurring payment option

Currency has never been used as a payment option for subscriptions

When you click on the dashboard deal or membership you are told this membership will renew

You do have other options like prepaid membership cards at full price and sometimes with promotional dlc
