    Yesterday I bought two Xbox gift cards, I redeemed both of them. I should have a total of $100 but I only have half of that. I checked to see if both cards went into my account and it says they did. So that makes me wonder if it's just taking forever to go into my account or is it something else?

    Hello. I had a similar problem this week and found that if you wait about 24 hours the money shows up in the Xbox account. Apparently, there is a lag from the time you deposit money in the Microsoft account and the time it shows up in the Xbox account.

    Try to purchase it under the store tab and not under that game.

    If you are talking about using it on the website you can't you have to use your console to spend the money

    Only PayPal or credit cards can be used on the website
