Money never added?

Today I got a message saying that Xbox music wasn't working and that i got $6, but it never added it to my account.

Would you pay membership fees in order to game in competitions etc on a regular / weekly basis within your community?

I would never. Because if you win, you basically get your money plus other people's money as a prize. No sense in getting your own money back when you can just never pay money in the first place.

Hey there, What did the message say exactly? I haven't heard of this myself.

You can check your commerce page for all transactions related to your account to see if it's there:
commerce.microsoft.com

The message said that Xbox music was having trouble and that I have received $6 that had to be used by 2/25/15 and it came from the same place as the last one a while ago... It didn't show up on the recent transactions for the website, but thanx for future
reference!

No worries and that's interesting. Did it give a time period to expect it, like 48hrs or anything?

Hopefully it's just taking a while to get it out as they've been experiencing a few issues with the service across the board lately!

I currently have funds in my account. But everytime I try to purchase an item and have to use remaining balance on my credit card I get an error. And can not preceed. The only way I can get the item is not use my Microsoft funds. Why is this and how can
we fix this.

Unfortunately you cannot purchase currency via your console to add to your MS account. You would need to buy Xbox Gift Cards (denominated in your local currency) through online retailers and in local retail stores and then redeem them on your Xbox console
OR you could add another payment option (credit card, debit card, etc.) to make the purchases. Hope this helps!
