    I recently purchased $15 worth of Xbox credit and used that to purchase the Fortnite starter pack and 1000 VBucks they showed up in my purchases but I was never able to obtain them I kept getting an error saying to download it again. Is it possible I could
    get a refund or get the credits back in my account so I can purchase it successfully
