i previously had 29 euros on my xbox 360 account i have transfered it to the xbox one but cant find the money alll i see is when i try to buy something is adda redit card but not the money what shuold i do ?

Actually, you will have to contact MS Support. We on this forum do not work for MS, so we don't have access to systems like the billing system.
