Money in wrong account

I put money into the wrong profile and there used to be a way to transfer the money to the correct profile. I don't see that as an option, so requested a refund so I could put the money in the correct user profile. They said that wasn't permitted. So
currently I have a $10 credit in a dead account I can't access and can't transfer the money to an account that is live. Help!

Hey there Wayz -

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Unfortunately, there is no way to transfer the currency between accounts. You will need to spend the Euros on the Austrian store and then change back to your local store for future purchases.

I asked support how to do that and they said i couldn’t

Why not use the money to purchase a game as a gift for the account you do use.

As everyone else is saying you can't but what you could do is buy the skins on your account as buy as a gift option but that requires setting up a 2 fact authentication and having to be epic friends for
at least 48 hours. If you do want to do this option go to https://epicgames.com › 2FA
