    Cant Access BETA forums And beta xbox broke.

    I also cant purchase anything on my new console it says i dont have any points which i dont i have like 12 dollars in my account but i cant use any of my money to get anything on this console.

    I get that i cant renew my xbox live but today i tried to purchase forza horizon and it wanted me to use a credit card instead of the money on my account. I must be doing something wrong? idk?

    You dont you have to spend the cash you put on your accoumt

    You could never use the prepaid gift card for subscriptions if you want pay as you go youbhave to get the prepaid membership card

    Yes it is unfortunate that only certain types or payment forms can be used for the GOLD subscription. You will need a credit card, Paypal or a prepaid GOLD membership code/card. The standard gift card is for game and content purchases only. It is a little
    confusing at times but a gift card is to encourage purchases of fun! money in account but cant use it to purchase live?? :)

    Cant buy gold

    I had to call Microsoft support to find out that you cant use money in the account to purchase Live Gold subscription. There is no warning, announcement, or accountability to prevent people from paying money on the Microsoft account in order to get a Gold
    subscription. This is UNACCPETABLE. I cant get a refund, I cant get Gold, I just got ripped off like others have in the past! This needs to be fixed with a warning, or allow Gold to be bought in this way.
