Money got deducted from my bank account but I didn't receive Gold Membership

I recently purchased the 3 month Xbox live Gold membership. The payment went through with my bank and I am now £15 pounds poorer but I am still getting error messages when join parties because I don't have gold.

I purchased it on my xbox with enough money in my bank. I don't know why support wants me to post on a community forum when the problem is not fixable by anyone here because no one here is staff.

If possible could someone here give me contact details to actual microsoft staff because this is stupid.

My money had been deducted but not given gold membership??

on 16 or 17 october like every month my account was renewed with gold membership inspite i had previously (one week ago) changed aoutomatic gold settings to custom so that my account does not renew its gold member because i was having exams that time but
STILL MY MONEY HAD BEEN DEDUCTED MY ACCOUNT....

I have full details that Rs 350 was deducted from my ICICI BANK ACCOUNT(I LIVE IN INDIA SO RS 350 is the month subscription price) IF YOU ARE FROM MICROSOFT THAT I CAN SEND MY DETAILS

And now today when i tried to play multiplayer of BF3 it was showing that im not a gold member but my money is deducted from my account

i want my money back as my money was deducted and i haven't been given gold mebership yet...............

You do show as having gold here. If you haven't already, try removing your profile from the console and then reloading it. Otherwise, you can contact support at 020 7365 9792 or 0800 587 1102 FREE

Having the same issue. I am also paying for a gold membership but that was linked to the "missing account". The the account says I have silver account status, yet they managed to deduct the money from my bank account. Can't get any answers. Really disappointed

Welp, I didn't receive and email telling my my bank account was deducted from the microsoft store. So I chatted with the online lady on support and was told my card was pre-charged and was going to be back in my bank account withing 3-7 days. I asked her
I don't want the money back, I want the product on the 22nd and to keep the money, and she told me again that orders are pre-charged for the whole amount and depending on your bank policy returned,...so, am I getting the damned xbox or are they telling me
they don't want my money?
