    Sorry to hear you're upset. However, for future reference it would be better to create a new thread instead of bumping an older one.

    If you received an email saying the currency would expire on November 11 then waited until November 11 to make to use it then there was always a good possibility that it would not be available to you.

    However, as this is a billing issue there is nothing that anyone here can do to help. You must deal with phone support.

    That's an odd situation, may I know if you made the refunded purchase with a credit/debit card first?
