i dont thinck its normal to loose money without buying a game but its happens today ... whats the problem? thanks to explain me that if you are able

I would recommend to check your billing history. I could be possible that one of your subscriptions had a renewal. If this is not the case you should be able to see what was purchased. If there are any questions left after checking that out you could go
to: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us. There is the section billing & payment. In this section you could set up an call back if you select show other options.

If you did not made any purchase or had a renewal of a subscription, I would recommend to change your security details.

Did you possibly pre order a game that comes out soon? i know that payment isnt taken out until 2 weeks before game release.

Check your mail for any purchases not made by you, I suggest you update your security credentials.

i try to buy a game but they tell me i dont have enought for the game ... in this time a had 5.68 in my account so a go buy a 25$ card and my account was at 25.20 so maybe they take the money for the game but the game was not in my list this morning but
now i bought the game but still miss my cash from this morning
