    I v bought and downloaded FarCry4, but it will not install. I asked the forum, but no answers.

    I just wonder where i can get my money back? I live in Norway. Should I send a bill to Microsoft Norway?

    Hi Elite, sorry about the problem your having. Have you tried clearing the console's cache? Go to setting, system, storage, highlight hdd, press y button, select clear cache and restart your console. Hope this works for you.

    http://xbox.com/drm

    It should move the licenses from your old console to the new one and allow your other account to have access to the content.
