xbox live.please help.ive wasted over 100 dollars on the biggest garbage game ever made which is cod aw.ive digital download it.and im now wanting to trade this game in but cant.would like to see some sort of trade in feature for digital downloaded games.you
guys can even rip me off like gamestop does just like a credit back to account.

Hi Elite, sorry about the problem your having. Have you tried clearing the console's cache? Go to setting, system, storage, highlight hdd, press y button, select clear cache and restart your console. Hope this works for you.

Do a license transfer on your old account -

It should move the licenses from your old console to the new one and allow your other account to have access to the content.

I want a refund too. If I can't play the game cuz ur *** sservers go down I want my money back u take ur *** digital download now I'll go by the disk at least I'll be able to play the game I spend all this *** mmoney on

We strive to keep the Services up and running; however, all online services suffer occasional disruptions and outages, and Microsoft isn't liable for any disruption or loss you may suffer as a result. You should regularly backup the content that you store
on the Services. Having a regular backup plan and following it can help you prevent loss of your content.

In my opinion as large as MS - Xbox is, a few service disruptions can be handled with a lot more grace.

 

I think the whole point of digital downloads is so that you can't trade it in. Chalk it up to a lesson learned and next time maybe buy the disc?

 

Actually JenfromCarolina the whole point of digital downloads was to make things more convenient. Also some games are only released via digital download. I have DA:I digitally, I have CoD disc, I rather enjoy not having to get up sometimes when I want to
be lazy after work. I can just swap over. They didn't purposefully make digital downloads and put their hands together and say yessssss we won't let them trade it in. Convenient when you have children that like to play with things as well. However when you
buy digital downloads there is a box that says no refunds.

Regardless there are much better ways to convince someone to buy a physical copy of a game than to try and berate them.

 

For the record, I have the digital version as well ;-)
