i would like x box to contact me in person......i find it upsetting that u cannot talk to a human from any websites all automated crap....

Also i find it outragous the amount of updates requried....for supposed best system ...then to buy games an have to update again....almost worse then ps 2 or 1...i actually preffer my ps 3 over the one console wich is sad......not saying its not because
of having medium internet connection....but for all of updating on slower service...ie rural...its a big pain in ass.....my frustration is a update they said would be 3 gigs to finish uploading just cause three.....ya installing it required a update.....anyway
after 4 hrs ....ya 4 hrs i fell asleep an phone useage was maxed out....all 15 gigs an more...so now i have a 300 overage on internet...but good news it actually worked..not like the other 10 that didnt after 90 percent an 1 pr 2 hrs of waiting ..my question
why did it take 12 more gigs .....also u money grabbers...........i am actually thinking about taking x box to small claims im so pissed...they must not know what its like to have 4 kids waitin impaitientley to play a game........anyway....if they do not contact
me in person to resolve this i will b seeking small claims....sad a multi billion dollar company cant pay someone to answer a phone

Hi Elite, sorry about the problem your having. Have you tried clearing the console's cache? Go to setting, system, storage, highlight hdd, press y button, select clear cache and restart your console. Hope this works for you.
