    Hi i accidently added a 25€ code to thw wrong account because i didnt check on wich profile i was logged on, so i wanted to know if its possible to get the 25€ to my other main profle help plsssss

    We bought points from Best Buy..........came home and they were mistakenly added them to the wrong profile. Need to switch them to a different persons profile

    It's saying "You must be signed in to a gamer profile with multiplayer privileges to play online."

    It looks like that's the problem then. It looks like you signed into the wrong gamertag on the website. So if you added the gold on the website, you added it to the wrong profile. You'll need to call support and see if they can cancel the gold on this account
    so you can add it to the correct account.

    @Genesis - That number is only for the US/Canada. Since that user is not from either country, that number won't work.

  7. What's your region? I can provide you the number. On the other hand, even if you contact Xbox Customer support for this, they won't be able to help you. Once you redeemed the gift card or local currency, it will be permanently reflected on the account, this
    is non-refundable, non-transferable. Being said, you can only use the money on the account where it was redeemed.
