Bonjour mon pseudo est , j’ai besoin de votre aide aujourd’hui parce que j’ai fait un achat sur fortnite. Tout etait correct mais quand j’ai entré sur le jeu je ne pouvais plus jouer, car mon xbox live gold avait expiré. Vu que je ne pouvais
pas continuer payer mon xbox live gold et qu’il fallait que j’achete une carte je ne pouvais pas jouer alors je suis allé sur mon ordi sur fortnite, et je n’ai pas reçu mon pack feline. J’aurais besoin de votre aide pour pouvoir avoir le skin dans le jeu
parce que sinon je me suis fait arnaquer et je ne mettrais plus d’argent sur le jeu.

J'ai essayé avec 3 cb différentes et 2 comptes microsoft dont celui de mon compagnon qui effectue régulièrement des achats en ligne via xbox sans soucis.

check your purchase history in your Microsoft account to ensure that they went through, or what they are listed as.
If you are unsure about the contents of your purchase history, it may be worth your while to request a call back from Xbox Support. We on the forums don't have the tools to help with this.
When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these
steps:

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
Step 2 ----Select See other options
Step 3 ----Select topic
Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.
