Bonjour,

je cherche de l'aide a tout pris suite au verrouillage de mon compte microsoft, ainsi que de mon compte Xbox.

Sa fait 23 jours que je n'y est plus accès malgré avoir envoyer le formulaire de récupération de compte il y a 21 jours. Malgré qui sois marquer qu'un représentant sur service client me contactera dans les 24h après avoir fait la demande, toujours pas de
réponse 21 jours après. J'ai renvoyer le formulaire de récupération de compte il y a 10 jours environ, toujours la même, aucune réponse. Je viens d'appelé microsoft pour qu'il m'explique la situation, pas foutu de me dire quoi que se soit il m'on simplement
proposer de renvoyer un formulaire, pour la 3ème fois chose que je viens de faire il y a 1h.

Ma question est simple, que faire ?

Sa fait de nombreuses années que je possède ce compte, j'y est effectué énormément d'achats, comment faire pour y avoir accès ? Sa va faire 1 mois quand même ce n'est pas normal, c'est une honte.

Merci de me contacté au plus vite pour m'aider dans ce problème qui s’avère urgent d’être régler.

Thank you for keeping us updated. Unfortunately, we would not be able to do much in terms of unlocking your account. As stated above, that can only be done on your own by either logging on to Account.microsoft.com and then following the instructions or by
filling out the account recovery form.

We understand that you have not received any email back after filling out the recovery form. Please note that when filling out the form, you are asked to input a secondary email that is not attached to your Microsoft account. That email is the one that would
be receiving the mail regarding unlocking your account. Please check your spam folder, as the email sometimes goes to the spam folder instead of the normal inbox. If you filled out enough correct information, you would be able to unlock your account by clicking
on the provided link.

Essaye peut être de procéder des changements ce niveau l pour commencer.

Malheureusement seul le support peut t'apporter une aide.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are trying to recover your account. Unfortunately, the only way to do this is through the

account recovery form. You can submit the form as many times as needed. Think it is once a day. Support will guide you through the form also. When filling it out there are some main things to keep in mind. The name on the account, the birth date, also if
you purchased anything even a subscription say yes. This will have the form ask for console ID and gamer tag. With the console ID it is the console the profile was last on.

Il m’ont envoyé 1 fois un mail pour me dire que ma demande a bien été prise en compte, j’ai un numéro de suivi. Seulement sa fait 18 jours que je l’es recu sans avoir eu aucun retour de microsoft ! Alors qu’il est préciser que quelqu’un me contacterais 24h
après.

5 tentatives, aucune réponse. Une explication ?

Votre réponse est inutile. Elle ne répond pas a mes attentes. Mon compte est bloquer depuis 23 jours et j’ai envoyer le formulaire de récupération de compte 5 fois sans jamais avoir de réponse. Vous trouvé sa normal ?
