Mon câble Ethernet ne fonctionne pas[My Ethernet cable is not working]

Bonjour,

depuis quelques jours mon câble Ethernet n’est pas reconnu par ma Xbox one. J’ai testé de la brancher avec un autre câble et cela a fonctionné donc j’en ai déduit que c’était le cable qui ne fonctionnait pas. Pour m’en assuré j’ai testé avec un ordinateur
et même une PS4.Mais bizarrement ça a très bien marché. Donc le Cable marche avec d’autres appareils et la Xbox marche avec d’autres cables mais pas les deux ensemble. C’est quelqu’un aurait déj eu ce problème et saurais le résoudre, merci de me répondre.

Je pourrais essayer de la brancher en ethernet demain, si jamais avec un câble ça fonctionne ça veut dire que ça viens de la carte WIFI ?

Et si jamais ça ne marche pas non plus avec un câble ?

le jeu qui disparaît de mon compte , je ne vois pas comment ont peut avoir des bug comme ça
