    My Console: Xbox One S

    My TV output: Vizio 4k HDR TV (model no: m65-d0) via HDMI 1 port (hdmi color subsampling enabled)

    My Audio output: Vizio 5.1 soundbar system via optical audio cable (model no: S4251w-B4)

    Issue #1: Since I'm using a 5.1 audio system with a 4k video display, I can't set the audio to 5.1 uncompressed. I keep getting the 0x80bd0009 error message. I've tried doing a cold reboot of the console, and even spent an almost an hr with
    phone support trying to troubleshoot this issue but to no avail.

    Issue #2: My screen blanks or blacks out momentarily intermittently (i.e., while streaming Netflix). I'm guessing there's a HDMI handshake issue but am unsure how to resolve it.

    HDR blanked out in settings?

    On my TV (Vizio m65-d0) I had to turn on hdmi subsampling for the hdmi port the one S is connected to

    Xbox One S audio cuts out for a second every 30 minutes when 4K resolution selected.

    I have a Vizio M65-d0. I get this same issue but it also cuts out video. So black screen no sound. Have tried 9 different HDMI cables. Only solution is to disable HDR. Others are also having this issue on AVS.

    I'm having the same issue. When the Xbox One S is set to 8 bit my Vizio M65-D0 will intermittently produce a "Snowy" screen and I have to change inputs in order to clear it. On the 10 bit and 12 bit settings it intermittently will produce a "Black" screen
    that clears itself in a few seconds. This has happened both when streaming content from Amazon and while playing games.

    Issues with Vizio M65-d0 and Xbox One S; screen turns white.

    I have the same issue with the xbox one s and Vizio m65-d0. I returned the first Xbox on the advice of Microsoft's online chat and just set up my replacement. I tried to play the batman v superman 4K blu-ray and the same issues exist. The movie plays fine
    but will intermittently go to a black screen then come back. All settings are correct and tv has been fully reset and is on current software but issues still exist. Haven't tried halo yet, but I'm sure the issues will be the same as they were on the original.
