Please help!!!

I'm trying to install my son's Xbox One and no matter what we do, we just can't get the cd compartment open, does anyone know if there is a lock or something or what do I have to do to to get it work on?

Hi there,

Remeeming errors are usually caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check your billing information at http://billing.microsoft.com and http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues. After that try redeeming the code on
both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that account , console and code region match, using different regions van cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at Contact Us | Xbox Support

There's a slot on the front of the console.You just put the disc in the slot.It'll pull the disc in once it's in about a quarter of the way.

There is no disc tray.To eject the disc there's a little button on the right side of the slot.

My mom has a playstation that doesn't charge to stream netflix. We have Wii that doesn't charge to stream netflix. Bunch of greedy white collars looking to make a buck off the working man. No way I will buy a membership just to stream netflix, I will hook
up an old computer or Wii console instead.

1.MS employee in charge of monitoring games aka MOM. Is on duty playin game x at her desk. Some one in game is being naughty. Brings up banhammer software. BLAM Ban Hammer comes down.

2. Mom is at home playing games. Naughty boy discovered. Mom makes note of it. Bans boy later in week.

3. Rieksky and 2000 other people report Jasper. Mom at work reviews the summary report. Checks it out. Jasper was Naughty. Ban Hammer comes down.

4. BongKoas reports everyone who bears him in Uno. Mom continues her knitting and ignores BK.

^^ You know a lot of times its fairly obvious the poster is actually the child claiming to be a parent.

But even when they state that they are in the room where he's gaming, how many parents would even have a clue.
