Molti problemi

Salve, scrivo qua sul forum un po' a caso (sicuramente la sezione non è giusta ma vabbè) perchè non so più cosa fare, e spero che qualcuno possa aiutarmi. Ho acquistato una Xbox One S sabato in una nota catena (il prodotto era RICONDIZIONATO), per giocare
con la nuova esclusiva Sea of Thieves grazie al gamepass. Ecco: dopo 3 giorni mi è stato possibile, con enorme fatica, giocare solo un paio d'ore perchè i download di ogni gioco possibile (dalla lista del Game Pass) si bloccano, e per farli ripartire devo
spegnere forzatamente la console e riaccenderla. Dopodichè il download procede per una decina di minuti e poi si riblocca e devo riforzare lo spegnimento della console. Ora gi questo non mi sembra troppo normale ma ho cercato di pensare positivo. Ho allora
comprato un gioco fisico (GEARS OF WAR ULTIMATE EDITION) pensando di riuscire almeno a giocare togliendo la connessione internet e installando un gioco dal disco. Ecco: nemmeno questo mi è possibile agevolmente, l'installazione si blocca dopo 5 giga obbligandomi
a forzare lo spegnimento della console. Come se questo non bastasse, ogni tanto mi esce l'errore 0x8027025a, dicendomi che qualsiasi cosa ci impiega troppo ad avviarsi.

C'è la possibilit di risolvere almeno il problema dell'installazione dei giochi da disco in modo che io possa giocarci o devo provvedere a riportare la Xbox dove l'ho acquistata per farmela cambiare? Ammetto che una cosa del genere con le mie passate console
(e sono tante) non mi era mai capitato, ma spero che sia solo la mia (immensa come sempre) sfortuna. Vi prego di aiutarmi in un qualche modo.

da quello che vedo sembra che ci siano problemi solo sulla versione xbox del gioco (sto avendo i tuoi stessi problemi), inoltre come dici te giocandoci adesso non si guadagna exp

A me sta piacendo moltissimo. Peccato che il competitive sia praticamente inesistente quando invece,secondo molti,merita moltissimo
