Mojang to Microsoft Migration issues

Hi, I've just migrated and now it claims I don't own the Java edition, I certainly do own it and have done since the early days way before Mojang was bought by Microsoft...

All I want is the game to work as it did before the migration mess...

I had a feeling this would happen when it was my turn ;/

Apparently, it's a problem on the Mojang server, I would recommend you to try clearing your browser's cache, if it doesn't work try another browser.

*If none of the options work only Mojang can solve the problem, as I said apparently it's a problem on their servers. To contact them submit a ticket for them via the link below.

I have the exact same issue. Already tried contacting Mojang/Minecraft support about it and they told me to come here. So if someone could actually help me and the original poster, that'd be great

Please try these steps.

If your Mojang account has been migrated to Microsoft, you do not need to purchase the game again. If you are being prompted to do so, it is either because the migration process did not complete correctly or, more likely, you are logged into a different Microsoft account than the one you used for the migration.

What to do:

1. Check which Microsoft account you are logged into:

Make sure you are using the same Microsoft account that was used to migrate your Mojang account. If you do not remember which one it is, contact Microsoft support to retrieve the email address you used for the migration.

2. Check if the migration was completed:

Access your Mojang account profile on the Mojang website and check if the migration was completed. If not, try starting the migration process again.

3. Contact Mojang Support:

If the issue persists, contact Mojang Support via the Mojang Support website, providing your purchase receipt and explaining the situation.

4. Check Microsoft accounts:

Make sure you are not using a different Microsoft account than the one you used for the migration

You can check your status, understand what happened to your account and more - they have all the information.
