Mogo xp5-x plus controller wont connect

I had this connected to an old phone and when I got my new phone the controller acts like it is still connected and won't fully reset to allow me to connect. is there a way to reset the controller?

Try to restart the old phone and then see if the controller takes to connect with the new one. And also try to link it with a cable and see how it goes.

Xbox does not support Bluetooth.

This for use with cloud gaming on other devices, and specifically says it doesn’t work with Xbox consoles

Hi Eddie. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. Believe me, if I were on your situation, I would feel the same way.

Unfortunately, the MOGA XP5-X Plus is a bluetooth controller for mobile & cloud gaming for Android/PC only that works on bluetooth or USB connection. It doesn't really work on Xbox consoles for cloud gaming.

Have you tried playing cloud gaming on PC or Android if your controller works fine?
