Mods via usb

Discus and support Mods via usb in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Ok, first of all, I don't have nor can afford a gaming pc at the moment, so getting Skyrim for that is out of the question.     Ok, first of all, I don't have nor can afford a gaming pc at the moment, so getting Skyrim for that is out of the question. Now to what I want to ask. I can't seem to find the answers I'm looking for specifically so I need to ask them.

    1. I already know that you need RGH or JATG in order to mod what you like, but my family uses Xbox live and we don't want to get banned. Since that's out, can I mod it the same way I do to games like Halo? Exp. moving profile to pc, injecting the mod into
    the profile, and putting profile back on Xbox.

    2. If it's possible, what kinds of mods are compatible? I know that the Xbox can't use custom made stuff like armours or weapons because they use different textures, but what about mods that change gameplay features like Race Plus (to have all race features
    on every race) or maybe even a Console or quest mods like Destroy The Thieves Guild or being able to have unobtainable gear like the Greybeards Robes, Fine Armguards and Psijic Robes? I really want customization mods, I'm a big customizing guy so as many as
    possible would be awesome! Also if there are weapons and armour that are compatible can you list them?

    I got the game last Christmas and have loved it since, but seeing the hundreds if not thousands of pc mods that make it that just more amazing is starting to really depress me. It sucks being broke.

    May I suggest trying to connect it up via USB Cable? If you cannot connect through USB it is the modem. May I ask what brand & version your modem is?

    Ok, I haven't figured out how to mod it via usb but I have figured out about hex editing it. I know how to do it just fine expect for the dlc items. Does anyone know how to hex in the dlc stuff and also, this is a big one, does anyone know how to hex edit
    the character to use other racial features like you could in Oblivion? I'd really like to mix n' match all of the races features for better customization.

    HELP!!!

    Really no reason unless she's actually trying to get mods. You can download mods via usb to your xbox. The cable connection from laptop to xbox has been used to download user created maps via original or copied maps imported to laptops then usb then xbox.
    Never seen it done but heard about it tons of times.

    @LeStat, I don't see how because I believe the money is server-side. If not, then you might be right. Perhaps that is one ay to mod via USB but I'm actually talking about how modders can spawn cars, change player model, move and spawn buildings/objects,
    etc, etc on a USB. If they were able to get all that and these Script Mods on a USB, we'd all be *** is what I'm saying.

    why i have banned :(

    You can easily modify a console without ever touching the seal. You can get banned for all sorts of game modding and profile modding. All of which can be done via usb and hdd.

    All of your proof showing your seal is basically moot.

    You modified something down the road, they investigated it, found you to be guilty, and banned you.
