    Modern warfare won’t install completely, stops at 66% on the last package.


    I just bought modern warefare disc, brand new a few days ago. The disc won’t fully install and stops at 66% on the last pack. I have clean 300gb of storage for it, I have hard reset and even factory reset. It still will not work. I get a notification when
    it stops that says disc might be dirty or damaged, but the game is spotless and new out the box. Any tips??? Xbox one.

    Hi, I did reinstall the game again but the last pack,call COD Modern Warfare special ops pack installation stopped. I did try install again but stopped again and again.

    Modern Warfare Will Not Even Get to Main Menu

    This error usually tends to revolve around a corrupt file in the install package or update package. Usually deleting the game and reinstalling will fix the issue. If you have done this, then you need to reach out to the support channels for Modern Warfare
    directly.

    This may mean that you are not signed in with the account where you purchased the game in your living room.

    Can you log in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the game order listed as "completed"? Once confirmed, make sure you are logged in with the correct account.

    Also, go to “My games and apps” > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to “manage games and add-ons” > Click on the game icon.

    Make sure these packages are installed:

    Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Content Pack 1
    Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Content Pack 2
    Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Content Pack 3
    Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Content Pack 4
