    Modern Warfare will not work


    Hey all,

    I've been having major issues with this game for the last couple months. Originally it was giving me an error that I needed to download a DLC pack - I searched for the solution and found that I needed to uninstall and reinstall. Didn't work. Tried multiple
    times. Reached out to Activision support, FINALLY got connected with someone. The support agent took a bunch of information and had me upload pictures of the issue. The agent escalated my issue, but I never heard anything back. I just tried again this evening
    and now the game is saying that I can't play it offline. (I've never once had xbox live.)

    How hard would it be for activision to just send me a new game? The principle of this situation just kills me.
