Modern Warfare will not launch after Warzone update

Ever since the Warzone update came out for Modern Warfare, I have not been able to get into the game. It worked absolutely fine until that last update. It is a digital download, so of course I don't have the disc. All of my other games work fine, digitally
and on discs. I have reached out to Activision continuously, and unfortunately to no avail. I have done everything possible that I know of to do. Cleared cache, cleared local saved game data, hard reset, factory reset (keeping games and also wiping everything),
deleted profile, cleared the MAC, changed the DNS, left console unplugged for 10 minutes, reset my router, deleted the game and reinstalled it 7 different times, reset resolution, and cleared blue ray files. Is there something else I can do to get this game
to work? I'm at a complete loss here, and haven't been able to play the game in over a week.

I uninstalled modern warfare.

,launch cold war, went to warzone and it still took me to the modern warfare warzone,..

I thought there was a new warzone map for cold war and it had zombies...??

Warzone gives me a error 13-71 memory. But my wife's account loads just fine.

I can't get past the loading screens. In the rare event it does launch the game, it gives me the files are corrupted error, or update requires restart screen. In the very very rare chance that I load into the game, I go to start a match and when the countdown
is over it kicks me right back to the loading screens.
